Devon McCourt

Chief Marketing Officer

Devon has a passion for education and foundational learning, with experience advising youth-focused organizations in both her native Chicago and around the globe. She currently works for BDT & Company, a family-focused merchant bank, and previously advised financial sponsors within Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division. Devon also brings federal and state-level governmental expertise to the table, having forged relationships on Capitol Hill and various statehouses across the country.

A nationally-acclaimed concert violinist, Devon also serves on the steering committee of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and is a co-chair emeritus of The Valerie Fund Junior Board, having set fundraising records in support of comprehensive care for children with cancer and blood disorders.

An alumna of Adlai E. Stevenson High School, Devon graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University.
