With ties to the Philippines, Switzerland, and Singapore, Eunice brings a unique blend of corporate and philanthropic relational experience to the Preface mission. Over the course of more than 25 years at the McDonald's Corporation, she rose to the pinnacle of human resources strategies and initiatives for the Asia Pacific region, overseeing leadership and talent development for thousands of employees in 7 different countries.

A recipient of McDonald's highest honors for exceptional worldwide contributions to corporate results and employee well-being, Eunice spearheaded the development of McDonald's "Real Stories, Real Opportunities" employee recognition campaign, resulting in McDonald's Singapore being named Hewitt's Best Employer of the Year six years in a row.

Now retired and Chairperson Emeritus of the McDonald's Asia Pacific, Middle East, & Africa Women's Leadership Network, Eunice continues to advocate for enhanced workplace development opportunities for women by providing counsel and insight to business associations and community groups across the region.

Eunice is a graduate of The University of the Philippines and Switzerland's École hôtelière Les Roches, Crans-Montana.
