Maylin Meisenheimer

Corpus Christi, TX

Originally from Corpus Christi, TX, Maylin is a firm believer in the power of education to transform young lives for the better - both at home and abroad. Currently a second-year law student at NYU Law School focusing on international law and arbitration, she previously served as a China & Asia Studies Research Associate for the David Rockefeller Studies Program at the Council on Foreign Relations. Additionally, Maylin was selected as an International Law and Human Rights Fellow for the United Nations International Law Commission and was previously a Princeton Project 55 Fellow at All In Together, a leading non-profit focused on increasing women’s participation in political advocacy.

Outside of the classroom, Maylin is also a tap dance teacher at Groove With Me, a non-profit dance studio in Harlem that provides free dance lessons for young girls in New York City. She was also a four-year member of the Princeton varsity swim team and served as a swimming instructor and lesson coordinator for the Princeton Special Olympics program.

An alumna of Richard King High School, Maylin graduated with an A.B. in Public Policy from the Princeton University School of Public and International Affairs, focusing on international institutions and global governance, while simultaneously obtaining a certificate in East Asian Studies.
